At Obsession Handmade Jewellery, every piece is lovingly handcrafted with hours of dedication and attention to detail. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds.

We are, however, pleased to offer exchanges for another item of equal value.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or becomes damaged during delivery, it may be returned for repair at no additional cost.

If you have any questions about a design, sizing, or materials, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing so we can ensure the piece is perfect for you.
