All gemstones used are 100% natural, carefully selected from the highest quality to ensure exceptional color, clarity, and character. Each piece is individually handcrafted, reflecting our dedication to artistry, precision, and attention to detail.

Care for Longevity

Although we carefully select materials that are resistant to tarnishing and corrosion, jewellery can still be delicate and prone to scratching. For this reason, we recommend wearing and storing your pieces with care to minimize contact with other items that may cause damage. Always store each piece separately, ideally in its own pouch or bag, to protect it from friction.

Substances such as perfume, deodorant, hairspray, makeup, nail polish remover, lotions, oils, soaps, shower gels, shampoos, salt water, chlorine, and household chemicals can all affect the appearance of jewellery. Gold plating, in particular, is very delicate and may discolor or darken when exposed to these elements. Natural semi-precious stones are also porous and may lose their brilliance if exposed to these substances.

To keep your jewellery shining for years to come, regular cleaning is essential. We recommend gently wiping each piece with a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth after wear. Lukewarm water may also be used, provided the jewellery is thoroughly dried with a soft cloth afterward. Please avoid cleaners containing harsh chemicals, as they may damage both metals and gemstones.

Delivered With Care

All orders from Obsession Handmade Jewellery are shipped via Royal Mail.

If the item is available, it will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Tracked & Signed service, which typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days within the UK.

If the item is not currently available, please note that each piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. In this case, your jewellery will be crafted and delivered within approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Returns and Exchanges

At Obsession Handmade Jewellery, every piece is lovingly handcrafted with hours of dedication and attention to detail. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds.
We are, however, pleased to offer exchanges for another item of equal value.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. The customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or becomes damaged during delivery, it may be returned for repair at no additional cost.
